Location: Woodland Hills

Schedule: Monday through Friday 2:00pm-nighttime (until 7:00pm earliest, after 9:00pm latest)

Rate and Benefits: $45/hour, 30 hours/week guaranteed, PTO, and health insurance reimbursement after 90 days

Qualifications:

•CPR/First Aid-certified (or willing to obtain certification upon hire)

•Flexible full time availability, including coming before typical shift time, staying after typical shift time, and providing some weekend coverage

•College-educated

•Valid drivers license and own vehicle

•Intermediate cooking ability

•Dog-friendly 

•Assistant experience

•Able to be paid via W-2

•Autism awareness/experience

Summary:

A hardworking, on-the-go single Mom, her 10 year old son, and their two dogs are looking for a highly astute, experienced, emotionally intelligent, and proactive house manager and nanny to ensure every day goes off without a hitch. The HM/Nanny will assume full childcare responsibilities while the child is with Mom, and full house management duties while the child is away with his dad (separate households - coverage is only provided at Mom’s house). Mom’s schedule is often unpredictable and subject to change, so the availability to adapt to this is crucial. 

The 10 year old has autism, so special needs experience is a plus. His interests include astronomy, guitar, dogs, video games, VR, and watching YouTube. Someone who can nurture his interests as well as help with elementary school homework is crucial. 

Essential job duties include full care of the child and dogs (including tidying up after them and around the house in general), preparing simple meals for the child and sometimes Mom, and errands and tasks for Mom, both remote and in person.
