Location: Yountville

Schedule: 20-30 hours/week (full time potential in the future)

HNW Clients in Napa are seeking a houseman to oversee the maintenance of their property in Yountville, CA. The houseman should have knowledge of the Napa area, specifically vendors and service providers.

•Vehicle maintenance 

•Handyman tasks 

•Liaising with security

•Preparing for family/guest arrival

•Overseeing landscapers

•Performing daily walkthroughs of the property

•Ensuring the home is fully stocked with all necessary supplies
